Our S&C is lighthearted and fun but at the same time professional & focused on you! Each session is designed in such a way that in just one hour, you will cover a full body warm up, 3 full sets of 8 to 12 different exercises that are tailored to you as an individual with the focus on strength, endurance, mobility & flexibility. We make it fun and engaging for you, always coming up with new ideas to keep it interesting!

Progress is regularly monitored through performance metrics, changes in strength and endurance, and feedback from the individual. The program may be adjusted periodically to accommodate progress.
